How rewards arise

Rewards are generated under the programme rules as an additional benefit of membership, through qualifying corporate activity. They are programme rewards — not salary, cash remuneration or a payment to any individual.

The mechanics

• Qualifying activity accrues rewards automatically, visible in your member portal in real time.
• Ownership, award mechanics and redemption rights are set out in the Rewards Programme Rules.
• Rewards are redeemable through the portal for flights, hotel stays and car hire, subject to availability and the programme rules.
